One Roof vs AccuLynx

AccuLynx is a roofing-only CRM with deep insurance and production tools. One Roof is a roofing CRM that publishes its price and puts proposals, payments, texting and sub payouts in one product. Here is how they compare, using AccuLynx’s own pages.

Where AccuLynx is strong

  • Insurance and production modules. Its pages describe a Supplement Tracker, Permit Tracker and Mortgage Check Tracker, and its plan page lists a custom workflow manager, a production calendar and commissions.
  • Roofing only. AccuLynx says it focuses exclusively on roofing, and its integrations list is long: HailWatch and CoreLogic for hail, SalesRabbit and Spotio for canvassing, ABC Supply, SRS and QXO for orders, and six measurement providers.
  • Flexible terms. Its homepage says “We don’t lock you into contracts, so you can cancel anytime.”
  • Support. Its plan page lists training and live support, and AccuLynx lists U.S.-based phone support.
  • A Field App for iOS and Android.

Where One Roof is different

  1. You can see the price. One Roof is $49 a month + usage, first user included, $25 per extra seat. AccuLynx’s pricing page directs you to its sales team for a quote.
  2. Every piece on one pricing card. AccuLynx’s add-ons page lists e-signature documents (Smart(er)Docs), homeowner payments (AccuPay), a Customer Portal and Text Messaging as add-ons. Proposals with e-sign, payments and texting each have their own line on One Roof’s pricing card.
  3. Pay your subs from the job. The homeowner’s payment comes in, and your subs are paid out of the job, with the W-9 enforced and COIs tracked. Next-day ACH is $0 from us plus Moov’s 25¢, passed through at cost, and it syncs to QuickBooks. AccuLynx creates labor tickets for subs. Of the four roofing CRMs we compared, we didn’t find sub payouts in any.
  4. A power dialer, built in. Lasso a block or a hail swath on the map, pull the homes into a list, and the dialer works it while your rep talks. It’s +$10 a user a month. AccuLynx has a CallRail call-sync integration and a texting add-on, and we found no dialer on its pages.
  5. An AI copilot that drafts and logs the work. Tell One Roof what happened in plain words and it updates the job, logs the note and drafts the text for you to send. AI usage bills to your prepaid wallet, with built-in daily safety limits. AccuLynx’s AI page describes Lead Intelligence, a score that ranks incoming leads. We found no assistant.

If supplementing is the core of your business, tell us on the call. We’ll be straight about where we’re deeper than the alternatives and where we’re not yet.
