One Roof vs JobNimbus

JobNimbus is a well-known roofing CRM with a long integrations list. One Roof is a roofing CRM that publishes its price and puts proposals, payments, texting and sub payouts in one product. Here is how the two line up, using JobNimbus’s own pages.

Where JobNimbus is strong

  • Integrations. Its integrations page lists HailTrace for storm data, Spotio and SalesRabbit for canvassing, EagleView and Hover for measurements, ABC Supply, SRS, QXO and Beacon PRO+ for materials, and Wisetack and Sunlight Financial for financing. If you already pay for those tools, JobNimbus plugs into them.
  • The basics are built in. Proposals, digital signatures, texting, homeowner payments, material ordering with live pricing, and an iOS and Android app are all on its product pages. Its pricing page says contacts, estimates, eSign and JobNimbus Payments are unlimited on every plan.
  • Easy to try. A 14-day free trial with no credit card, and no required setup or onboarding fees.
  • Published payment fees. Its payments page lists its card and ACH fees.

Where One Roof is different

  1. The price is on the page. One Roof is $49 a month + usage, first user included, $25 per extra seat. JobNimbus names four plans (up to 3, 10, 19, or 20+ users) and says price depends on the plan and the number of users, but lists no dollar amounts. Its lower plans carry limits: automations run from 10 a month on Essentials to unlimited on Enterprise, and integrations from a maximum of 2 to unlimited.
  2. You can pay your subs from the job. The homeowner’s payment comes in, and your subs are paid out of the job, with the W-9 enforced and COIs tracked. Next-day ACH is $0 from us plus Moov’s 25¢, passed through at cost, and it syncs to QuickBooks. JobNimbus lists Subcontractors and Work orders under Production. Of the four roofing CRMs we compared, we didn’t find sub payouts in any.
  3. A power dialer, built in. Lasso a block or a hail swath on the map, pull the homes into a list, and the dialer works it while your rep talks. It’s +$10 a user a month. On JobNimbus’s pages we found Caller ID and texting, with call-and-text tools such as Simplii as integrations, and no built-in power dialer.
  4. Storm and canvassing are in the product. One Roof checks hail against your own contacts and asks you before anything sends. Territories, knocks and dispositions run from the phone, and hail maps are included. JobNimbus lists storm and canvassing as integrations.
  5. An AI copilot that drafts and logs the work. Tell One Roof what happened in plain words and it updates the job, logs the note and drafts the text for you to send. AI usage bills to your prepaid wallet, with built-in daily safety limits. JobNimbus’s Scout assistant is described on its own page as being in closed beta, and AssistAI answers inbound calls.
