Homeowner payments

Get paid the day the job closes. Not thirty days after.

Send a payment request straight from the job — it lands as a text with a link. The homeowner connects their bank in two taps or pays by card. The money shows on the job, and the fee is a line item, not a mystery.

  • Request from the job. Deposit, progress draw or final balance — one tap, sent by text and email.
  • Bank connect in two taps. ACH runs 0.8%, capped at $5. Cards run 2.9% + 30¢. You choose what you accept.
  • It reconciles itself. The payment lands on the job ledger, syncs to QuickBooks, and your margin updates live.

Friday, and the subs want paying

Sub payouts

Pay your subs from the job. Not from your checkbook.

We haven't found another roofing CRM that does this. One linked bank, connected both ways: the homeowner’s payment flows in, and your subs get paid out of the job — with the pay rate already calculated.

Accounting

The whole job, on one ledger. Down to the last fee.

Every dollar that touches the job lands in one place — the homeowner's payments in, materials and sub labor out, processing fees itemized. Margin isn't a quarterly surprise from your accountant; it's a live number on the job that moves when something happens.

  • Nothing lives in a spreadsheet. Payments, payouts, materials and fees post themselves to the job.
  • Margin is live. Place the order, sign a change order, pay a sub — the number moves while you watch.
  • QuickBooks stays true. Invoices, payments and customers sync — your books and your jobs finally agree.

Questions we get asked

Does it work with QuickBooks?

Yes, for invoices, payments and customers, and sub payouts sync too. We'll show you exactly what syncs and what doesn't during onboarding, rather than letting you find out in month two.

We pay a lot of subs. How do you keep that straight?

Assign the job and it lands on the sub's calendar; they accept or decline from their phone and you see it instantly. Paperwork gates the payout — no W-9 on file, no payment goes out — and COIs are tracked, with expiries flagged before they lapse. Every dollar is tracked per job with running totals per sub and synced to QuickBooks. Payouts go out by next-day ACH: $0 from us, plus Moov's 25¢ ACH fee, passed through at cost.
