One Roof vs RoofLink

RoofLink is a roofing CRM with storm tracking and canvassing built in. One Roof builds those in too, and also includes a power dialer, an AI copilot and sub payouts. Here is how they compare, using RoofLink’s own pages.

Where RoofLink is strong

  • Storm tracking, built in. Its FAQ says it maps storms using NWS and NOAA data, and its CRM page says “Map the storm. Find the paying jobs.”
  • Canvassing, built in. Territory Management, with a SalesRabbit integration also listed.
  • iOS and Android apps, in the Apple App Store and Google Play, and a single-rep, single-app workflow.
  • Profit-based commissions and supplement tracking inside its Collect step.
  • Its own trace tool for measurements, plus GAF QuickMeasure, EagleView and Hover.
  • A published price. Its pricing page lists a monthly price per user plus a one-time setup fee, and says “One flat rate, no per-measurement costs, no surprise add-ons.”

Where One Roof is different

  1. A flat base, then $25 a seat. One Roof is $49 a month + usage with the first user included, then $25 per extra seat, office or field. RoofLink’s pricing page lists a per-user price plus a setup fee. Put your own head count into both before you decide.
  2. You can pay your subs from the job. The homeowner’s payment comes in, and your subs are paid out of the job, with the W-9 enforced and COIs tracked. Next-day ACH is $0 from us plus Moov’s 25¢, passed through at cost, and it syncs to QuickBooks. RoofLink pays commissions on profit. Of the four roofing CRMs we compared, we didn’t find sub payouts in any.
  3. A power dialer. Lasso any area, pull the homes with owner names and numbers into a list, and the dialer works it call after call. +$10 per user per month. RoofLink’s pages show texting and email, and we found no power dialer.
  4. An AI copilot that drafts and logs the work. Tell One Roof what happened in plain words and it updates the job, logs the note and drafts the text for you to send. AI usage bills to your prepaid wallet, with built-in daily safety limits. We found no AI assistant on RoofLink’s site.
  5. Storm response that asks first. Where RoofLink maps the storm, One Roof’s hail assistant checks the swath against your own contacts and asks you, in plain English, whether to run the response. Nothing sends until you say go. Hail maps are included.
