01The mobile app
OneRoof is the field app for roofing crews, canvassers and subcontractors working for a company that runs on OneRoof CRM. You sign in with the same account your company gave you — there is no separate app account to create, and the app cannot be used on its own without a company workspace.
You need an invite. Accounts are created by your company's administrator, not in the app. If sign-in fails, the fastest fix is usually to ask whoever runs the office to re-send your invite; if that does not work, email us.
Permissions the app asks for. Location is used only while you are on the canvassing map, to show where you are among the properties you are working. The microphone is used only for the voice note you record against a door-knock or a lead — the app opens it when you begin that flow and releases it when you stop recording or leave. The camera and photo library are used only when you attach a job photo, a receipt, a photo in a team message or an onboarding document. Each one can be declined in your phone's settings; declining only disables that feature. See the Privacy Policy §13B for what happens to that data.
02Account, data and deletion
Your data belongs to your company. The homeowner records, photos, recordings and job history you create in the app are your employer's business records, held in their OneRoof workspace. Requests to correct or delete that content go to your company's administrator, who can act on it directly in the CRM.
To close your own user account or ask what we hold about you, email support@onerooflabs.com or compliance@onerooflabs.com from the address you sign in with. Removing a user also revokes their sessions on every device. Your privacy rights, and how to exercise them, are set out in Privacy Policy §11.
Billing and subscription questions — invoices, seats, metered usage — are handled by the account owner inside the CRM's billing area, or by emailing support.
